Are there any pesky delivery charges?
All our orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. For UK Mainland customers, all orders over the price of £29.99 will automatically receive next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. If after 3pm, your order will abide by the 24 hour dispatch and further 24 hour delivery promise. If the order is under £29.99 your item will be shipped Royal Mail Second class and should anticipate delivery within 5- 7 working days. For customers within the UK outside of mainland, an additonal £8.50 surcharge will be added. This surcharge will be added to customers within the regions of: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. For international orders, delivery charges vary and you should visit our ‘delivery section’ for more information.
We track every package we make over £29.99 and should you wish to ask for a tracking number to track your package please email us as info@glowingmad.com with your name, paypal associated email address and receipt ID and we’ll supply a tracking number to you within 12 hours.

9/10 the answer is yes. We carry 100,000s of glowsticks. However, this website provides illustrations of stock availability for most products which, although usually very accurate, is intended as a guide and does not guarantee stock availability for your order. While every effort is made to keep stock availability information as accurate as possible, all items you order are subject to availability. We will check the stock of all the products ordered as we process your order and we will inform you as soon as possible if any goods are not available.
